Our story
Valley started with Joe and a college friend looking for work they could build around school. What began as an opportunity for themselves grew into a local window-cleaning business creating opportunities for other college students.
In spring 2026, Josh started his own window-cleaning business, building it from scratch to serve his local community. In August 2026, he became an owner of Valley, bringing that experience into the company’s next chapter.
Today, Valley brings that same drive to its work: take the job seriously, communicate clearly, and care for the property in front of you.

Company direction & customer care
Joe co-founded Valley with a college friend, turning the search for work around school into a business of their own. Today, his role connects the company’s direction, customer relationships, and the standards behind its service.
Owner
Customer care & hands-on cleaning
Josh started his own window-cleaning business in spring 2026. He became an owner of Valley in August 2026, bringing the experience of building a business from the ground up. At Valley, Josh works alongside the crew on cleaning jobs while helping customers and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly. Josh is a junior at Southeastern University and got engaged to Taylor in 2026.
Manager
Team coordination & hands-on cleaning
Grant studies aviation and business management at Southeastern University. Grant works on cleaning jobs alongside the crew and helps coordinate the team, prepare for upcoming visits, and work through questions on site.
Crew Chief
On-site leadership & final checks
Jack leads the crew through the work at the property. His role includes organizing the day’s tasks, supporting crew members, and checking that the work is ready for the customer’s walkthrough.

Window & exterior cleaning
Jayden is part of the team carrying out Valley’s cleaning visits. The role includes preparing the work area, cleaning the agreed surfaces, and helping leave the property ready for the final check.

Morgan works alongside the crew on window and exterior cleaning visits. From setting up for the job to wrapping up the work area, the role supports a smooth visit and a careful finish.
Our mission
Guided by our Christian faith, our mission is to create meaningful work for local college students and serve our neighbors through exceptional window and exterior cleaning. We put those values into practice through honest communication, dependable work, and care for every person and property we serve.
